Questions

Is waiting time included?: Yes. International arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the actual landing time. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes.
Are the prices fixed?: Yes. The quote generated for your route, time and vehicle category is the amount charged, plus any extras you add such as a child seat.
Do you track flights?: Every airport booking is monitored. Early and delayed flights are absorbed into the original fare within the included waiting window.
Can I cancel?: Complimentary cancellation is available up to two hours before pickup for standard transfers. Hourly and event bookings follow the terms on your confirmation.
Where does the chauffeur meet me?: Inside the arrivals hall with a name board, unless you request kerbside. Terminal-specific instructions are sent with your confirmation.
