Cancellation policy

Standard transfers may be cancelled without charge up to two hours before pickup. Cancellations inside that window, no-shows, and changes that require a new vehicle may be charged according to the fare already quoted. Hourly, wedding and multi-vehicle bookings follow the conditions on the confirmation.
