Terms of service

Bookings are accepted when payment is confirmed and a booking reference is issued. Vehicle categories are provided as a class (“or similar”) unless a specific car is guaranteed in writing. Passengers must be ready at the agreed time; waiting beyond the included allowance may incur published waiting charges.

These terms are a working draft for development and must be replaced with counsel-approved terms before taking live payments.
